PRICING AND FEE
BCBEXCHANGE.COM offers a EUR Wallet and Hosted Digital Asset Wallet Service free (currently no custodial fee charged). This means we will store your EUR and Digital Asset for you. “Digital Asset” means any Digital Asset currently supported by BCBEXCHANGE.COM. We do not charge for transferring Digital Asset from one wallet to another. BCBEXCHANGE.COM incurs and pays network transaction fees, such as miner's fees, for transactions on Digital Asset networks (i.e., transfers of Digital Asset off the BCBEXCHANGE.COM platform). For these transactions BCBEXCHANGE.COM will charge you a fee based on our estimate of the network transaction fees that we anticipate paying for each transaction. In certain circumstances, the fee that BCBEXCHANGE.COM pays may differ from that estimate. All fees we charge you will be disclosed at the time of your final transaction.
To trade on the BCBEXCHANGE.COM Exchange you need to load your Wallet with Digital Asset or EUR. You may use direct bank transfers, credit or debit cards. The maximum limit to deposit using bank transfer is 5000€ per week and the maximum limit to deposit using credit or debit cards is 1000€ per week. All deposits are handled by 3rd Party PSP and banks, all affiliate to CryptoLight OÜ. You can request increased transfer limits by contacting email@example.com and this will require Source of Funds and/or Source of Wealth documentation.
Digital Asset Transactions
In addition to sending or receiving Digital Asset through BCBEXCHANGE.COM, customers can (1) purchase or sell a single Digital Asset (a “Digital Asset Purchase” or “Digital Asset Sale”), or (2) convert one type of Digital Asset into another type of Digital Asset or fiat currency (a “Digital Asset Conversion”).
When you request a Digital Asset Transaction, BCBEXCHANGE.COM will attempt to fill that order through one or more orders on BCBEXCHANGE.COM’s trading platform.
BCBEXCHANGE.COM establishes the exchange rate for Digital Asset Transactions (“Consumer Exchange Rate”) by allowing up to 10% in spread of the current exchange rate of any Digital Asset.
BCBEXCHANGE.COM will also charge a taker or maker fee that is a percentage of the transaction (the “BCB Transaction Fee”), as further described below in the section entitled, “Buy/Sell Transactions.”
BCBEXCHANGE.COM Fees may vary based on your location, payment method, and other circumstances. In some cases, we may charge an additional fee on transfers to and from your bank account. We will always notify you of all BCBEXCHANGE.COM Fees (not including the margin) and any other service fees that apply to each transaction immediately before you confirm each transaction and in the receipt we issue to you immediately after each transaction has processed.
BCBEXCHANGE.COM reserves the right to reject a transaction if BCBEXCHANGE.COM is unable to fill a corresponding order on our Exchange due to changes in the market price of a Digital Asset, an order exceeding the maximum order size on BCBEXCHANGE.COM, or the spread is below or under 10% of the current exchange rate or an order timing out due to slow server response time. In rare circumstances, the BCB Exchange Rate may not be available due to outages or scheduled maintenance. In order to provide you with uninterrupted services at such time, we may derive market pricing data from unaffiliated currency exchanges.

In BCBEXCHANGE.COM we have made the fees very simple to understand and transparent, so you are in full control. There is a taker and a maker fee plus any fees related to the POW or blockchain dynamics that is out of our control.
When you place a sell order at the market price that gets filled immediately, you are considered a taker and will pay a fee of 0.9%.
When you place a sell order, which is not immediately matched by an existing order, that order is placed on the order book. If another customer places an order that matches yours, he is the maker and you are considered the taker and you will pay a fee of 0.9%. Fee do not include mining fees for blockchain POW or consensus mechanics.
When you place a buy order at the market price that gets filled immediately, you are considered a maker and will pay a fee of 0.1%.
When you place a buy order, which is not immediately matched by an existing order, that order is placed on the order book. If another customer places an order that matches yours, he is the taker and you are considered the maker and you will pay a fee of 0.1%. The trading fee is charged because we are providing our users with safe and high-quality services, and therefore have to pay the necessary service fees. The payment will be devoted to providing users with safer, more convenient, and professional trading experiences. When a trader’s order gets fulfilled, the fee the exchange charged will be included in the realized profit and loss.
For example, you buy 0.5 BTC and price is matched at 4530€. You as maker (buyer) will pay the 0.1% BTC fee (and POW mining fees as they are at the time). In this example you pay 0.0005 BTC (equals to 4.53€ value BTC). Your BTC wallet will receive 0.4995 BTC (minus POW mining fees).
For example, you sell 0.5 BTC and price is matched at 4530€. You as taker will pay the 0.9% EUR fee on the amount received. In this example you pay 40.77€. Your EUR wallet will receive 4489.23€.
Digital Asset Conversions
With a Digital Asset Conversion, you can accomplish in a single transaction what would otherwise require two separate transactions. For example, you could directly convert Bitcoin to Bycoi (a Digital Asset Conversion), or you could sell Bycoi and then purchase Bitcoin (a Digital Asset Sale followed by a Digital Asset Purchase).
It is the same taker and maker fee structure as in normal Buy/Sell transactions.
